Villa Tariff & Booking Policies

• Pool Operational Timings: 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
• Please enter the pool deck only after obtaining confirmation from staff.
• Personal belongings brought to the area are strictly at the owner's risk.
• We recommend leaving valuable objects safely locked within your rooms.
• Do not enter the pool water with a cold, skin infection, open wound, or any contagious medical condition.
• Use of external body oils, body creams, soaps, or shampoos inside the pool is strictly prohibited.
• Persons under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription substances are completely restricted from the pool environment.
• Food items, plastics, glasses, or sharp culinary objects are not permitted on the pool deck.
• Diving or running across the wet stone tiles is strictly not allowed.
• Footwear must be removed cleanly before entering the immediate pool deck boundaries.
• The pool area will close instantly during bad weather indicators (thunder, lightning, or strong winds).
• Use the natural pool facilities responsibly at your own risk.

Guests utilizing our pool layout must strictly observe these instructions to maintain a hygienic environment.

1. Cancellation requests must be submitted explicitly via our record email address: reservations@themotville.in.
2. We regretfully cannot acknowledge cancellation adjustments requested verbally over phone calls.
3. Enjoy a 100% pricing refund for bookings cancelled up to 5 days prior to your target check-in date.
4. No refund allocations are issued if cancellation amendments occur within 5 days of your target arrival.
5. Should your group arrive and decide to leave early, unoccupied nights cannot be refunded.
6. Approved cancellation refunds are credited directly back to your verification bank account records.
7. Standard bank processing transaction fees or convenience fees are to be borne cleanly by the guest.
8. Refund processing timelines vary between 2 to 14 business days depending on specific bank clearance rules.
9. As an independent premium hospitality venture, these terms represent our absolute final booking parameters.
10. Date modifications or reservation alterations are classified under standard cancellation logic.
