No. To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, natural harmony, and inclusive environment of our property, we exclusively host family groups, mixed friends groups including ladies, and exclusive all-ladies getaways. We reserve the right to decline admission to all-male groups.

The private natural swimming pool is operational daily from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Guests must obtain staff permission before entering, use appropriate swimwear, and completely refrain from bringing alcohol, food, glass, or sharp objects into the pool deck area.

A fresh, home-cooked complimentary breakfast is included in your standard stay tariff. Authentic, local homestyle Kerala meals for lunch and dinner can be easily arranged upon prior request.

Guests enjoy convenient, limited access to the kitchen area for basic requirements like boiling milk, heating food items, or preparing baby food. Full-scale culinary cooking is restricted.

Cancellation requests must be submitted explicitly via email to reservations@themotville.in. Bookings cancelled 7 or more days prior to your target check-in date receive a 100% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
